Margaret [Peggy] Baltzly, daughter of Henry Baltzly, married Philip Beamer. [1]

1811 The Orphans Court of Adams County considered the estate of Henry Balsley on November 20. [2]:

The petition of Samuel Meals and Mary his wife, one of the daughters of Henry Balsley late of Menallen Township Adams County, deceased was read to the [Orphan's] Court setting: that the said Henry Balsley ... died intestate being ... seized ... in a ... tract of patented land containing two hundred and fourteen acres ... in Menallen Township ... adjoining lands of John Valez, Joseph Davis, Henry Bender, and others, leaving a widow to wit Christina Balsley, and eight children, to wit: Henry, John, Christina, intermarried with Jacob Lamson, Mary the petitioner intermarried with Samuel Meals ... Kitty intermarried with John Toush, Peggy intermarried with Philip Beamer, Susanna and Sally, the two last being minors to wit Susanna under the guardianship of Conrad Bender and Sally under the guardianship of John Arndt ... and praying the court to award an inquest directed to the Sheriff ... to divide the said tract of land ...

1840 Philip Beamer lived in Menallen Twp, Adams County, Pennsylvania in a household with males: 2 (20 thru 29) and 1 (50 thru 59); and females: 1 (under 5), 2 (5 thru 9), 2 (15 thru 19), 3 (20 thru 29), and 1 (40 thru 49). [4]

1845 Philip Beamer served on the jury in Menallen Twp, Adams County, Pennsylvania. [5]

1845 Margaretha Baltzey Beamer died on Feb. 6, 1845 and was buried at Greenmount Cemetery, Arendtsville, Adams County, Pennsylvania. Margaretha Baltzey Beamer was born on March 1, 1792. [6]

1848 Christina Baltzle [Margaret's mother] died on June 21 and was buried at St James Evangelical Lutheran Church, Gettysburg, Pennsylvania. [7] Died: "On the 19th inst., at the home of her son-in-law, Mr Philip Beamer, of Menallen township, Mrs Christina Baltzle, aged 90 years and 21 days.". [8] The memorial is reported to now be at Fairview Cemetery, Arendtsville, Adams County, Pennsylvania [9].

1848 Children of Philip Beamer were named in petitions to the Lancaster County Orphans Court as heirs of their deceased mother, who was a daughter and heir of Henry Baltzly, deceased. Philip Beamer Junr was appointed guardian of the estates of daughters Margaret, over age 14 and of Lucy Ann Beamer and Sabilla Beamer, minors under age 14. Dated September 26. [10]

1848 Philip Beamer and Jacob Schlosser, administrators of Christina Baltzley deceased produced the account of their administration with a balance of $202.23, on November 20. [11] [12]

Perhaps widow Philip Beamer married widow Sarah Baltzly Orner, sister of his first wife Margaret Baltzly Beamer.

1850 Philip Beamer (age 64, born in Pennsylvania) lived in Menallen Twp, Adams County, Pennsylvania, in a household with Sarah Beamer (age 51), Cathrine Beamer (age 37), Elizabeth Beamer (age 24), Anna Beamer (age 17), Savilla Beamer (age 13), Amos Orner (age 8), and Ellen C Wolf (age 0). [13] [Son] Henry Beamer (age 33) and family were listed adjacent.

1855 Philip John Boehmer/Beamer, Sr reportedly died on Jun. 18, 1855 and was buried at Greenmount Cemetery, Arendtsville, Adams County, Pennsylvania. Philip John Boehmer / Beamer, Sr was born Apr. 15, 1786. No grave marker photo is shown at the memorial. [14]

1855 The estate of Philip Beamer Sen., late of Menallen Twp, was administered in Adams County, Pennsylvania. The account listed legacy to widow Sarah Beamer, guardians of minor children of Felix Orner deceased, and others. The vendu account named brother-in-law Samuel Meals and several Beamer and Orner family members, among others. [15]

1887 Anna Barbara Beamer Bittinger died on Nov. 21, 1887 and was buried at Greenmount Cemetery, Arendtsville, Adams County, Pennsylvania. Anna Barbara Beamer Bittinger was born Jul. 26, 1811. [16]

1892 Johann Philip Beamer, Jr died on Dec. 14, 1892 and was buried at Greenmount Cemetery, Arendtsville, Adams County, Pennsylvania. Johann Philip Beamer, Jr was born Dec. 10, 1818. [17]

1892 Johann Phillip Beamer Jr died on December 14 and was buried at Greenmount Cemetery, Arendtsville, Adams County, Pennsylvania. He was born on Dec. 10, 1818. [18]

1898 Johann Heinrich "Henry" Beamer died on Jul. 21, 1898 and was buried at Greenmount Cemetery, Arendtsville, Adams County, Pennsylvania. Johann Heinrich "Henry" Beamer was born Jan. 26, 1816. [19]

1912 Savilla Schlosser, daughter of Philip Beamer and Susan Baltzey [Error on the part of informant], died on March 28, 1912, at age 76, in Menallen Twp, Adams County, Pennsylvania. Savilla Schlosser was born on December 28, 1836, in Pennsylvania. [21]
