Letters of Administration on the estate of Henry Fisher, late of Fairview township, deceased, have been granted to the subscriber, residing in the same township. … Benjamin H. Mosser, Admin'r. May 17th, 1837.

1837 John Fisher petitioned the York County Orphans Court on November 7 to appoint guardians for Elizabeth, George, Jacob, and John under the age of fourteen and for Henry Fisher over the age of fourteen, all minor children of Henry Fisher deceased late of York County. [11]

1838 George Hess, guardian of Elizabeth Fisher, minor daughter under the age of fourteen of Henry Fisher, petitioned that John Fisher be appointed as her guaridan. Benjamin H. Mosser, administrator of the estate of Henry Fisher late of Fairview Twp, presented an account of the estate. [12]
