1828 Edward Aronson Ivins was born 30 July, 1828 at Penns Manor, Pennsylvania. [1] Edward Aronson Ivins was the son of Aaron Ivins and Hope Aronson. [2]

1830 Anna Brown, daughter of Moses and Ann Harvey Brown, was born in Penns Manor on May 23, 1830. [3]

Edward Aronson Ivins married Annie Brown. They were the parents of Moses Harvey Ivins. [4]

1850 Edward Ivins (age 22, born in Pennsylvania) lived in Falls Twp, Bucks County, Pennsylvania, in a household with Anna Ivins (age 20), Mary McDermont (age 14), George Wright (age 20), Hugh McEllhoe (age 15), Garret Vanzant (age 9), and Mary Herbet (age 45). [5]

1924 Anna B Ivins, daughter of Moses Brown and Ann Harvey, died at age 93, on February 4, 1924 in Langhorne Twp, Bucks County, Pennsylvania. Anna B Ivins was born on May 23, 1830 in Pennsylvania. (Death certificate: 16053). [11]

1912 Edward A Ivins, son of Edward A Ivins and Anna Brown, died at age 54, on June 3, 1912 in Falls Twp, Bucks County, Pennsylvania. Edward S Ivins was born on February 11, 1858 in Pennsylvania. (Death certificate: 55913). [12]

1909 Dewitt C Ivins, born August 24, 1853 in Penn's Manors Pennsylvania, and spouse Louise Fox Ivins, applied for a passport. [13]

1910 Anna B Ivens (age 79, born in Pennsylvania, widowed) lived in Falls Twp, Bucks County, Pennsylvania, in a household with Joseph Chapman (age 55), Mabel Hughes (age 30), Harvey Hughes (age 4), and John Stewart (age 49). Anna B Ivens's parents were both born in Pennsylvania. Anna B Ivens could read and write. Anna B Ivens's occupation was own income. [14]

1919 Dewitt C Ivins died on 1919 and was buried at Hillside Cemetery, Scotch Plains, Union County, New Jersey. Dewitt C Ivins was born 1853. [15]

1933 Moses Harvey Ivins, son of Edward A Ivins and Anna Brown, spouse of Mabel Ivins, died at age 71, on November 20, 1933 in Howard Twp, Centre County, Pennsylvania. Moses Harvey Ivins was born on March 15, 1862 in Pennsylvania. (Death certificate: 96715). [16]

A biosketch reported [17]:

Edward A. Ivins, eldest son of Aaron and Hope (Aaronson) Ivins, was born in Penns Manor, July 30, 1828. The occupation to which he was reared he made his life work, being accounted one of the practical and progressive farmers of his locality. He enjoyed the confidence of the entire community, and was thoroughly trustworthy in all the relations of life. He was united in marriage to Anna Brown, who was born in Penns Manor, May 23, 1830, a daughter of Moses and Ann (Harvey) Brown, lifelong residents of Penns Manor. Moses Brown was born in 1792, was a farmer by occupation, and died May 16, 1874, aged eighty-eight years. His wife, Ann (Harvey) Brown was born in 1794, and died January 10, 1852, at the age of fifty-eight years. They were the parents of five children; Alice, who died in infancy; Elizabeth, who became the wife of Thomas Headley and died at the age of eighty-five years; Sarah, born 1820, died at the age of twenty-one years; Mary, born 1825, died in 1871; and Anna, aforementioned as the wife of Edward A. Ivins. The family on both sides were members of the Friends Society. The children born to Edward A. and Anna B. Ivins were as follow: Annie, who died unmarried; De Witt Clinton, a resident of Plainfield, New Jersey; Edward A., mentioned hereinafter; M. Harvey, a resident of Langhorne, Bucks county, and William Henry, deceased. Edward A. Ivins, father of these children, died at Penns Manor, August 12, 1900.
