Research Notes:

Christian Meyer, spouse of Magdalene Huber, was likely the son of Christian Meyer. [1]

Magdalene Huber was the daughter of Martin Huber and Magdalena Mosser. [2] [3]

Christian Myer and Magdalene (Huber) Myer reportedly lived on a farm a short distance north of Bareville and were buried in the Myer cemetery just north of Bareville.

1802 Christian Meyer reportedly died and was buried at Myer Cemetery, Monterey, Lancaster County, Pennsylvania. [4]

1806 On 9 January, Magdalene Meyer, widow of Christian Meyer of Earl Twp, Lancaster County, deceased, petitioned the Lancaster County Orphans Court to appoint Joseph Huber (brother of Magdalene) as guardian of her minor children: Anna Meyer, Christian Meyer, and Daniel Meyer, all under age 14; because the previously appointed guardian, Jacob Huber, another brother of Magdalene, was moving away. [5]

"35.—Magdalene Huber, 12. b. in Earl Twp., Sept. 16, 1772; d. Mar. 1. 1838; m. Christian Myer: b. 1761; d. 1802. Mennonite; farmer; res.. Bareville; buried in Myer Cemetery, one half mile north of Bareville. Lancaster Co.. Pa. Issue: 140 Maria: 141 Martin; 142 Magdalene; 143 Anna; 144 Christian; 145 Daniel; 146 John; 147 Joseph : 148 Isaac." [6]
