Notes for Isaac Horner and Lydia Wright

1683/84 On 17 of month 1, at Oyster Bay, Long Island, New York, Isaac Horner and Lydia Wright, both of Oyster Bay, married. No Horner or Wright family members signed the witness list. [1] [2]

1685 On 26d of month 1, Deliverance, daughter of Isaac & Lydia Horner was borne at Oysterbay. [3]

1686 On May 22, Isaac Horner, of West New Jersey, sold 50 acres at Beaver Swamp in Matenacock, to John Rogers, of Oyster Bay. [4]

1686 On May 22, Isaac Horner, of West New Jersey, sold 5 acres in Oyster Bay, to Job Wright, of Oyster Bay. The lot was bounded on the west by home lot formerly Peter Wright's deceased, but now Job Wright's and on the north by home lot of Job Wright. The lot was formerly in tenure and occupation of Anthony Wright, deceased. [5]

Isaac Horner and Lidia were the parents of Deliverance Horner. [6]

1704 On 3 October, Thomas Stokes Jr married Deliverance Horner in the Burlington Meeting, Burlington County, New Jersey. Witnessed by Isaac and Lydia Horner and Hannah Horner and Rachel Horner and others [7].

1708 On May 20, John Matlack and Hannah Horner were married at the house of Isaac Horner. Witnessed by Isaac and Lydia Horner and Rachall Horner and others. [8]

1708 On 18 December, Isaac Horner, of Northampton, Burlington County, dated his will. Wife Lydia. Children Deliverance, wife of Thomas Stokes, Hannah, wife of John Matlock, Rachel (under 20). Home farm. Personal property. The wife executrix with Joshua Humphris and son-in-law Stokes as advisers. Witnesses George Deacon, Thomas Brian, John Wills. Proved September 5, 1709. [9]

1709 On 21 March, the inventory of the personal estate, £128.12.6 was made by Thomas Stokes and Wm. Hunt. [10]

1711 On 21 June, Rachel Horner and Joshua Humpheries were married in Northampton Twp, Burlington County. Witnessed by Lidia Horner. [11] [12]

Lydia Wright was the daughter of Peter and Alice Wright. [13]
