1850 John L. Brenizer Catharine lived in Hampton, Reading Twp, Adams County, Pennsylvania with child Charles M.B. (age 4). [1]

1875 Charles M. Brenizer (age 28) and Anna Brenizer (age 28) lived in Buckeye Twp, Dickinson County, Kansas with Harry C (age 1) and real estate valued at $200 and personal property valued at $250. Anne's brother John S Chronister was in the adjacent listing. [2]

1879 Charles M Brenizer was granted a land patent by president Rutherford B Hayes for 7 acres in section 2, township 12, south of range 2 east. [3]

1880 Charles Brenizer lived in Buckeye Twp, Dickinson County, Kansas with wife Annie and son Harry. [4]

1885 C. M. Brenizer (age 38) and Annie Brenizer (age 37) lived in Buckeye Twp, Dickinson County, Kansas with H. C. (age 11) and J. M. (age 4) Brenizer. Chronister (age 42) lived with them. [5]

1888 C.M. Brenizer was named as a witness, on February 23, to the burning of old seed by Landreth's Garden Seeds, as assurance that the seeds being sold were fresh. [6]

1891 "C.M. Brenizer has returned from his Pennsylvania visit, glad to get back to his Dickinson County home." [7]

1891 "Chas. M. Brenizer is eminently a man whom the office sought. He is one of Buckeye township's best known farmers. He is a Pennsylvanian and has resided in Dickinson county for 20 years. He is personally very genial and companionable and his acquaintances are all his friends. He is a lifelong republican." [8]

1895 Charles Brenizer (age 48) and Anna Brenizer (age 47) lived in Buckeye Twp, Dickinson County, Kansas with H. C. (age 20) and J. Milton (age 14) Brenizer. Sarah J. Chronister (age 53), Christiana's sister, lived with them. [9]

1895 C. M. Brenizer, died, on May 8, at age 48y 7m. Charles Milton B Brenizer was buried at Union Cemetery (Livingston Cemetery), Section 10, Buckeye Twp, Dickinson County, Kansas [10] [11]

1895 "Charles M.Brenizer, born 8 Oct 1844, Adams county, Pa, married Oct 1870, Anna Chronister; moved to Kansas, 1871; settled in Buckeye Twp; died at home of brother in law, D.W.Howard in Abilene. Survived by wife; 2 sons, Harry & Milton, aged 21 and 15 yrs; father, John L.Brenizer of Abilene; half-sister, Mrs H. W. Wilson of Abilene; a brother and a half-brother, J. M. and A. S.Brenizer of Abilene" [12] [13]

1900 Annie Brenizer (born in Pennsylvania in Sep 1848, widowed) lived in Buckeye Twp, Dickinson County, Kansas, in a household with Milton Brenizer (age 19), Charles W Patten (age 27), and Sarah J Chronister (age 59). Annie Brenizer's parents were both born in Pennsylvania. Annie Brenizer had had 2 children, 2 still living. [14]

1903 Christianna Brenizer died on October 10, at age 56y 1m 4d, and was buried at Union Cemetery (Livingston Cemetery), Section 10, Buckeye Twp, Dickinson County, Kansas [15][16] Her obituary reports her to be the daughter of Harriet Chronister and wife of Charles M. Brenizer.

1910 Milton J Brenizer (age 29, born in Kansas, married for 7 years) lived in Grant Twp, Dickinson County, Kansas, in a household with Nina Brenizer (age 28), Hazel Brenizer (age 5), and Sarah Chronister (age 69). Milton J Brenizer's parents were both born in Pennsylvania. Milton J Brenizer could read and write. Milton J Brenizer's occupation was farmer, General Farm, employer. [17] Next door was Harry Brenizer (age 34) and his wife. These are the sons of Charles Milton Brenizer, deceased, living with his sister-in-law Sarah Chronister.

CM Brenizer and in-laws Harriett, Sarah, and John Chronister, who lived with David Wesley Howard in 1870, are buried in Kansas. Buried nearby are DW Howard and wife Mary.

1936 John M Brenizer lived at 142 W Luna, Tucson County, Arizona. John M Brenizer's spouse was Nina Brenizer. [18]

1948 John Milton Brenizer died on November 21, 1948 and was buried at Abilene Cemetery, Abilene, Dickinson County, Kansas. Wife Nina was also buried there. [19]
