1843 Based on his death certificate dated October 18, 1937, Daniel Williams, son of David Williams and Sarah Coon, was born in Wyandot County, Ohio on 3 March, 1843. Widow Sarah Coon Williams married Nelson Reed in 1854.

1847 Franklin Williams sold land in Wyandot County, Ohio to Alfred Adelbert Reed, David Huston Reed, and Nelson Joshua Reed. Dated December 17. [1]

1850 Nelson J Reed (age 24, born in Ohio) lived in Pitt Twp, Wyandot County, Ohio, in a household with Elizabeth Reed (age 67), Rebecca A Reed (age 35), David H Reed (age 30), Elizabeth Crosbey (age 28), Alfred A Reed (age 22), and Oliver H Reed (age 5). [2]

1852 Nelson J Reed purchased land in Wyandot County, Ohio from A. Monto. Dated September 22. [3]

1852 Alfred A Reed and wife Sarah of Marion Ohio, David H Reed and wife Mary, Nelson J Reed of Wyandot County, Ohio, sold land to David Reed. Dated October 19. [4]

1853 David Williams (Sarah Coon's first husband) was buried on March 20, at Little Sandusky cemetery, Wyandot County, Ohio at age 30y, 3m, 24 d. The same marker listed 2 children named Mary J and Eudorah Reed. [5]

1854 Nelson J Reed married Sarah Williams on February 19, in Wyandot County, Ohio. [6] [7]

1860 Nelson Reed (age 36, born in Ohio), lived in Pitt Twp, Wyandot County, Ohio with Sarah Reed (age 36, born in New York) and children Daniel (age 16), Jesse Reed (age 14), Sarah Reed (age 13), Lawrence Reed (age 8), Susannah Reed (age 3), and Ersonna Reed (age 1), all born in Ohio. The listing before was for Thomas Coon (age 59) and Susan Coon (age 58), perhaps relatives of Sarah. [8]

1860 Eudorah L Reed was buried at Little Sandusky cemetery with death date May 22, age 5y, 4m [9]. Her grave marker also listed David Williams (first husband of Sarah Coon) and Mary J Williams (likely first daughter of Sarah Coons Williams). Perhaps Eudorah is the same person listed as Ersonna in the 1860 census, since she does not appear in the 1870 census with Sarah.

1860 Naoma Reed, daughter of Nelson Reed and Sarah Coon, was born in Ohio. [10]

1864 Nelson (J or I) Reed entered military service in the 16th regiment Ohio Volunteer Infantry as a private on 12 Feb was killed in the battle at Peachtree Creek, Georgia on July 20. His widow was Sarah Reed. [11] [12] [13]

1870 Sarah Reed (age 49, born in New York) lived in Pitt Twp, Wyandot County, Ohio in the household of Hughey. Sarah had children Susanna (age 13) and Naoma (age 11). [14]

1880 Sarah Reed (age 57, born in New York) lived in Little Sandusky, Wyandot County, Ohio with daughter Nomia (age 19). [15]

1891 Sarah Reed was buried on March 29, 1891 at Little Sandusky Cemetery, Wyandot County, Ohio at age 65 y, 5m, 16d. [16] [17]
