1673 A Henry Mott was named as an inhabitant of Hempstead, Long Island. [1]

1682 Henry Mott, son of Adam Mott, is alluded to directly in the will of his father, March 12, 1681-2, wherein "Henrys three children" are mentioned. [2]

1680 Henry Mott was a resident of Hempstead, where he died, Nov. 21, 1680, intestate. [3]

1682 November 13. Administration was granted to his wife, Hannah. His inventory showed a house and seventeen and one-half acres of land. [4] " Letters of administration on estate of Henry Mott of Hempstead, granted to his wife Hannah, November 13, 1682. Inventory of estate of Henry Mott who died 21 November, 1680. House and 17 1/2 acres of land. [5]
