The will named daughter Elsetta married to Peter Hempt, with the estate to be divided into six shares for son George W, grandchildren of daughter Emily, daughter Elsetta, son Oliver, son Theophilus, and son Winfield Scott. Peter Hempt was named executor. The probate date was 30 January, 1894. [10]
1894 Martha Trimble Brenizer, wife of David Brenizer, died on January 18, age 84 years, 9 months, 14 days. [11] She was buried at Silver Spring Presbyterian Cemetery, Cumberland County. [12]
