David Brenizer, son of George Brenizer, married Martha Trimble and they had son George W Brenizer [1]. Theophilus Brenizer was born on March 14, 1846 in Cumberland County, Pennsylvania, the son of David and Mary (Trimble) Brenizer [2]. We suspect that this David Brenizer was the son of George Brenizer and Anna Barbara Myers, born 1813, as shown here.

1840 David Brenizer (age 20-30) and female (age 30-40) lived in Silver Spring Twp, Cumberland County, Pennsylvania with 1 son and 2 daughters. [3]

1850 David Brenizer (age 37) lived in Silver Spring Twp, Cumberland County, Pennsylvania with Mary (age 38), Geo W (age 17), Emily (age 15), Alsetta (age 12), Oliver (age 7), and Theopholis (age 5). [4]

1860 David Brenizer (age 47, born in Pennsylvania) lived in New Kingston Post Office area, Silver Spring Twp, Cumberland County, Pennsylvania, in a household with Mary Brenizer (age 30), George W Brenizer (age 26), Winfield C Brenizer (age 12), and Theolphias Brenizer (age 14). [5]

1870 David Brenizer (age 56, born in Pennsylvania) lived in Silver Spring Twp, Cumberland County, Pennsylvania, in a household with Mary Brenizer (age 61). David Brenizer's occupation was retired farmer. [6]

1880 David Brenizer, a carpenter with a sprain (both parents born in Pennsylvania), and Mary lived in Silver Spring Twp, Cumberland County, Pennsylvania. [7]

1889 David Brenizer died on February 19 at age 75 years, 6 months, 13 days. [8]

1889 A grave marker for David Brenizer is at Silver Spring Presbyterian Church Cemetery, Mechanicsburg, Cumberland County, Pennsylvania. [9]

1891 Mary Brenizer, widow of David Brenizer of Silver Springs, dated her will on June 10, 1891 with a codicil dated 11 December 1893. The will named daughter Elsetta married to Peter Hempt, with the estate to be divided into six shares for son George W, grandchildren of daughter Emily, daughter Elsetta, son Oliver, son Theophilus, and son Winfield Scott. Peter Hempt was named executor. The probate date was 30 January, 1894. [10]

1894 Martha Trimble Brenizer, wife of David Brenizer, died on January 18, age 84 years, 9 months, 14 days. [11] She was buried at Silver Spring Presbyterian Cemetery, Cumberland County. [12]

1925 Iowa census Winfield Brenizer (age 76) lived in Lamoni, Decatur County, Iowa. His parents were David Brenizer and Mary Tremble. [13]
