Research Notes:
Rosie Bevan corrected the Complete Peerage description of Waleran's family and descendants to show that Waleran's first wife was Margaret d'Oilly, not Margaret de Bohun, and that the mother of the children of their son Henry was Phillipa Basset, not Margeret d'Oilly. Henry's children both died without heirs in the lifetime of their mother Phillipa. [1]
