1893 At St. George's Church, Montreal, on Tuesday June 13, 1893, by the very reverend Dean Carmichael, M.A., L.L.D. assisted by Rev L. Norman Tucker, Lillian Elinor Meakins was married to the Rev. William McCormack, of St. Ann's church, Brooklyn, N.Y. [1]

1901 William MacCormack was listed as Rector of All Saints' Protestant Episcopal Church. Born Ireland, Jan. 1.1867. Arrived in California 1897. Address, Pasadena. [Men of California, Wellington C. Wolfe, editor, San Francisco: Pacific Art Company, 1901, p. 70]

1909-1910 William MacCormack, Episopalian, Los Angeles preached at the Chapel service at Stanford University as one of eighteen invited clergyman during the the 1909-1910 academic year [Seventh Annual Report of the President for the Academic Year ending July 31, 1910, Stanford University,191, p. 95]

1910 U.S. Census, District 195, Los Angeles Assembly District 72, Los Angeles, California: William MacCormack, age 43, born in Ireland of Irish parents, is a clergyman. His wife Lillian E., age 38, was born in Canada as were her parents. Their children are Elinor, age 14, born in New York, Rowland, age 12, born in New York, Elizabeth, age 4?, born in California and Marion, age 1 9/12, born in California. A female servant, age 58, born in New York, also lived in the household. [2]

1920 April 7 Rev. William MacCormack, D.D., Dean of St. Paul's Pro-Cathedral (523 S. Olive St, Los Angeles), was nominated for the position of Bishop Coadjutor at a meeting in Los Angeles. He at once withdrew his name. His residence was 732 S. Burlington Ave in Los Angeles. [The Living Church Annual, 1921, Morehouse Publishing Co., Milwaukee, Wis.]

1926 William MacCormack died on January 4 in Los Angeles, California. [3]

1950 Lillian Elinor MacCormack died on January 20 in Los Angeles, California. Her death record listed her birth as 28 December 1871 in Canada, her mother's maiden name as Johnson, and her father's surname as Meakins. [4]

1960 Elizabeth (MacCormack) Karr, daughter of the Rev. William MacCormack, died on August 28 in Los Angeles. [5]

Elisabeth Karr, former directress for the United THank Offering for the diocese of Los Angeles, died in Los Angeles on August 28th.
Mrs. Karr was the daughter of a former dean of St. Paul's Cathedral, Los Angeles, the late Very Rev. William MacCormack. Her sister is a past national chairman of the General Division of Women's WOrk, and her brother is a former senior warden of the cahtedral.
Mrs. Karr is survived by her husband, Earl F., a daughter Constance, hersister, Mrs. St. Elmo Coombs, and her brother William R. MacCormack.
