Mr. and Mrs. A.N. Miller of Clermont, parents of Dr. Chester Miller of this place, celebrated the fiftieth anniversary of their wedding, at their home near the Indianapolis Country Club, last Wednesday … A musical program was given including some songs by Mrs. S. G. Kreider of this place, cousin of Mrs. Miller.
The bride of fifty years was Marietta Hornaday before her marriage. The Miller home has been the home of Mrs. Miller since she was six years old.
Four of the six children of Mr. and Mrs. Miller were present, and were: Dr. Earl Miller and wife of Detroit, Harry Miller and family of Indianapolis, Mrs. Oscar McDaniels and family of Clermont and Dr. Chester Miller and family of this place. Dr. and Mrs S.G. Kreider of this place were also among those present.
1935 Son Carl R. Miller died.
1936 Asher N Miller died and was buried at Crown Hill Cemetery, Indianapolis, Marion County, Indiana. [17]
1938 Maruetta L Miller died and was buried at Crown Hill Cemetery, Indianapolis, Marion County, Indiana. [20]
1951 Janette Mcdaniels, daughter of Asher N Miller and Marietta L Hornady, spouse of Oscar Earl Mcdaniels, died on August 4, 1951, at age 63, in Arlington Twp, Arlington County, Virginia. Janette Mcdaniels was born on January 23, 1888. [22]
