1786 Christian Musser, eldest son of Peter Musser, late of Strasburg Twp, deceased, petitioned the Lancaster County Orphans Court to consider whether to partition the land in the estate of Peter Musser. [4]
1786 Christian Musser, eldest son of Peter Musser, late of Strasburg Twp, deceased, agreed to purchase the estate and pay the other heirs. A balance was to be distributed the other heirs, named as: widow Frena Musser, Christian Musser, Daniel Musser, Henry Cogenower and wife Ann, John Hess and wife Elizabeth, and Christina Musser. [5]
1787 Henry Gochenaur and and wife Anna, and John Hess and wife Elizabeth, the said Anna and Elizabeth being children of Peter Musser late of Strasburg township in the county of Lancaster, deceased, received payment from Christian Musser, oldest son of the said Peter Musser deceased for their shares of the estate. Feronica Musser was the widow of Peter Musser. Dated November 30. [6]
1793 Daniel Musser, Jacob Eckman and wife Christin, Daniel and Christin being two of the children of Peter Musser, released their shares of the estate upon payment by Christian Musser, eldest son of Peter. Dated June 1. [7]
