We are researching Isaac Rohrer, son of Isaac Rohrer and Mary Rohrer.

1840 Isaac Rohrer lived in Canton, Stark County, Ohio in a household with Males: 1 (age 10 thru 14), 1 (age 15 thru 19), 1 (age 20 thru 29, perhaps this Isaac Rohrer), and 1 (age 50 thru 59); Females: 2 (age 5 thru 9), 2 (age 10 thru 14), 2 (age 15 thru 19), and 1 (age 40 thru 49). [1]

1850 Isaac Rohrer (age 31, born in Pennsylvania), farmer, lived in Milton, Wayne County, Ohio with Magdelena Rohrer (age 28), Elisabeth Rohrer (age 5), Simon Rohrer (age 4), Marget Rohrer (age 2), Mary Tates (age 15), and Marton (age 11). [2]

1860 Isaac Rehrer (age 41, born in Pennsylvania) lived in Milton, Wayne County, Ohio, at post office Easton, with Magdalena Rehrer (age 37), Elizabeth Rehrer (age 15), Samuel Rehrer (age 14), Mary Ann Rehrer (age 12), David Rehrer (age 10), Isaac Rehrer (age 7), Martin Rehrer (age 5), Daniel Rehrer (age 3), and Unnamed Rehrer (age 2/12). [3]

1863 Elizabeth Rohrer, daughter of I & L Rohrer, died at age 18 and was buried at Clayton Hoover Memorial Cemetery, Wayne County, Ohio. [4]

1865 On November 17, Magdalena Rohrer, wife of Isaac Rohrer, died and was buried at Clayton Hoover Memorial Cemetery, Wayne County, Ohio. [5]

Isaac Rohrer was buried at Clayton Hoover Memorial Cemetery, Wayne County, Ohio. The date is unclear. [6]

1873 Isaac Rohrer, of Wayne County, Ohio, wrote his will on July 25, 1873, naming wife Rebecca and sons: Simon, David, Isaac, Martin, Daniel, and John; and daughters: Mary Ann and Emma Francis. Simon was the oldest son. Friends Benjamin Rohrer and Jacob Buchwalter were named executors. Witnessed by Henry R Rohrer and John M Horst. Proved on August 26, 1873. [7] The account named legatees Isaac and Martin Rohrer, David H Rohrer, Amma M Rohrer, and Christian Breneman as guardian of Daniel, John, and Emma Frances Rohrer. Legatee Simon Rohrer was deceased and his estate was being contested between Levi Dague as plaintiff and Warren Henry Simon Rohrer and Benjamin Rohrer executor of the will of Isaac Rohrer deceased, and David Horst as defendants.
