1878 Nannie M Baker, daughter of Zachariah Baker and Ellen Stoner, was born on April 12. [1]

1894 Norrie Lane Hile/Norlie Hile and Nannie May Baker were married on July 7 in Noble County, Indiana. Irvin Haney was the officiator. The license was issued on July 6, 1894. [2] [3]

1920 Nan M Hile (age 41, born in Indiana, married), wife, lived in Elkhart Ward 1, Elkhart County, Indiana, in a household with Norlie L Hile (age 44), son Evert B Hile (age 20), grand-son Evert L Hile (age 1), and daughter-in-law Bernece Hile (age 18). Nan M Hile's parents were both born in Indiana. Nan M Hile could read and write. [4]

194x Norlie Hile (187?-1947) [5] and Nannie M (Baker) Hile (1876- 1944) [6] were buried at Wolf Lake Cemetery, Noble County, Indiana.

"Hile Nannie May, about 66, died Aug. 26, 1944 at her home in Elkhart. She was the wife of Norlie Hile born in Albion April 12, 1878, the daughter of Zachariah and Ellen Stoner Baker. She was married to Mr. Hile July 7, 1895. They moved to Elkhart about 27 years ago. Surviving are the husband; one son, Everett of Elkhart; four brothers, Willis of Elkhart, Samuel and Alvin of Albion, and Guy of Butler. Funeral Tuesday from the home at Elkhart. Burial, Wolf Lake Cemetery." [7]

"Hile William and Alice died Sunday when the auto in which they were riding was struck by the B&O Capitol Limited at the Lima Road Crossing. Funeral will be at the Adventist Church at Wolf Lake. Burial, Wolf Lake Cemetery. The accident occurred when they were on their way home from Fort Wayne where they had been visiting their son. William was 75 and Alice was 73. They had lived earlier in the Wolf Lake community before moving near Kendallville, then Albion. Her maiden name was Alice Lewis. Surviving are 2 sons and one daughter, Herman Hile and Mrs. Neva Fritz of Fort Wayne, and Norlie Hile of Elkhart. Three children preceded them in death. He is survived by a brother, Abijah of Wolf Lake; and she by 3 brothers, Walter of New York, Charles, Bronson, Mich., and George of St. Louis, Mo. Five grandchildren and one great-grandchild survive. Noble Co Democrat 12-2-1926" [8]

1941 Everett B Hile and Vivian Borgert, both of Elkhart, Indiana, were married on August 30 in Elkhart County, Indiana. Chas M Kessler was the officiator. Everett B Hile, child of Norlie Hile and Nannie Baker, was born on March 4, 1899, in Albion, Indiana. Vivian Borgert, child of Thomas Shirley and Lovada Motter, was born on October 23, 1898, in Cowels County, Nebraska. The license was issued on on August 30, 1941. [9]
