1780 Conrad Nichodemus warranted land on Clover Creek, Morrison Cove, Bedford County. He received the patent on March 21, 1809. Henry Doyl, Cox, Gansiner, and Adams owned adjacent land. [1]

1800 Conrad Nichodemus lived in Hopewell-Woodberry Twp, Bedford County, Pennsylvania in a household with males: 1 (under 10), 2 (10 thru 15), 1 (16 thru 25), and 1 (45 and over); and females: 2 (under 10), 1 (10 thru 15), 1 (16 thru 25), and 1 (26 thru 44). [2]

1800 Conrad Nicodemus, carpenter of Woodberry Twp, Bedford County, purchased land from Charles Coxe, of Kingwood, Huntington County, New Jersey. The land was in Morrisons Cove on Clover Creek. The deed was dated April 26. Conrad received a patent for the land in 1813. [3]

1802 Conrad Nicodemus was taxed in Woodbury Twp, Bedford County, Pennylvania. [4] Frederick Nicodemus was taxed as a single freeman. [5]

1802 Conrad Nichodemus purchased land from Alex'r Mack. The deed was dated April 6. [6]

1809 Christian Winebrenner and wife Mary of Woodberry Twp, Bedford County, sold land to Conrad Nicodemus and other "Elders and Church Wardens of the Congegration commonly called 'the Congegration at Christian Winebrenners'." The one acre tract was for a church. The deed was dated June 23, 1809. The tract was part of land for which John Adam had received a patent on February 4, 1802 [7]. John Adam bequeathed the land to daughter Mary, wife of Christian Winebrenner. [8]

1810 Conrad Nicodemus lived in Woodberry Twp, Bedford County, Pennsylvania in a household with males: 1 (10 thru 15), 2 (16 thru 25), and 1 (45 and over); and females: 1 (10 thru 15), 2 (16 thru 25), and 1 (45 and over). [9] [10]

1812 Conrad Nicodemus and wife Margaret sold land to William Adam, all of Woodberry Twp, Bedford County. The land was in Morrison's Cove adjacent to lands of Conrad Nicodemus and William Adam. Conrad had patented the land on February 7, 1812 (Patent H8-12). [11]

1813 Conrad Nicodemus warranted land in Woodbury Twp, Bedford County on December 6. Philip Knee and Daniel and George Rhodes owned adjacent land. [12]

1813 Conrad Nicodemus received a patent on February 20, for 164 acres of land in Woodberry Twp, Bedford County. The tract was by East Mountain, Piney Barrens, and land of William Scull. [13] [14] William Scull had received a warrant for the land on October 25, 1763. [15] Scull sold the land to Charles Coxe, who sold it to Conrad Nicodemus on April 26, 1800. A survey dated 1804 showed the land on Clover Creek. [16] [17]

1817,1822 There is a listing for Conrad Nicodemus on the tax list for Woodberry Twp, Bedford County. [18] [19]

1820 Conrad Nicodemus lived in Woodbury Twp, Bedford County, Pennsylvania in a household with males: 1 (16 thru 25) and 1 (45 and over); and females: 1 (16 thru 25) and 1 (26 thru 44). [20]

1826 Abraham Stoner and wife Ann sold land in Bedford County to Conrad Nicodemus, all of Woodbury Twp. The tract was on the road to Spring Mile Gap and on the road to Williamsburg. The deed was dated April 29. [21]

1830 Conrad Nichodemus lived in Woodbury Twp, Bedford County, Pennsylvania in a household with males: 1 (30 thru 39) and 1 (70 thru 79); and females: 2 (under 5), 2 (5 thru 9), 2 (20 thru 29), and 1 (70 thru 79). [22]

1834 The will of Conrad Nicodemus, of Bedford County, Pennsylvania, was dated September 23 and was in probate court October 26. The will named wife Margaret, son Jacob, son Frederick, son George, son John, daughters Elizabeth, Catherine, Mary, and Margaret. On 15 October, 1834, the nominated executors renounced executorship. Son John Nicodemus was issued letters of administration. [23]

1836 Daughters of Conrad Nichodemus, all residents of Randolph Twp, Montgomery County, Ohio, sold their shares of a town lot in Martinsburg from the estate to John Nicodemus; dated October 9. The heirs were Katherine wife of John Warner, Elizabeth wife of Henry Warner, and Margaret widow of Levi Falknor. [24]

1836 Heirs of Conrad Nichodemus, sold their shares of a town lot in Martinsburg from the estate to John Nicodemus; dated October 11. The heirs were Frederick Nicodemus and wife Elizabeth, George Nicodemus and wife Mary, Jacob Nicodemus and wife Susannah, Mary wife of Paul Rhodes. [25]

1849 The Morrison Cove Herald printed a biographical story about Conrad Nicodemus on March 14.
