1753 Henry Wenger, son of Christian & Eve (Grabiel) Wenger, was born on October 25, 1753 in Lancaster County, Pennsylvania. [1] or August 15, 1753 [2]

1755-58 Anna Huber, daughter of John and Margaret Huber, was born in 1755 [3] [4] or 1758 near New Holland, Lancaster County, Pennsylvania. [5]

Anna Huber married Henry Wenger. [6]

Henry Wenger moved to Rockingham County, Virginia about four miles south of Harrisonburg [7]

Henry Wenger was noted for his great inventive ability. His children were all daughters. [8]

1775 On March 24, Henry Wenger, of Earl Twp, Lancaster County, and wife Anna granted a tract of land in Earl Twp to Michael Wenger. Their father, Christian winger had patented the land on April 20, 1741. [9]

1785 Henry Wenger lived in Pleasant Valley, Virginia in 1785. [10]

1787 On April 10, Henry Wenger, of Earl Twp, Lancaster County, and wife Ann granted a tract of land in Earl Twp to Michael Wenger. [11]

1789 Henry Wenger [Winger] was listed as a large landowner in militia company district 5 with 500 acres by a commissioner of Rockingham, Virginia. [12]

1792 Henry Wenger was listed on page 29 of the Tenth Legion VA tithables Rockingham County, by Harry Strickler.

1801 Henry Wanger was on the Rockingham tax list for 1801. [13]

1810 Henry Winger lived in New Haven Twp, Rockingham County, Virginia in a household with males: 1 (16 thru 25) and 2 (45 and over); and females: 4 (16 thru 25) and 1 (45 and over). [14] The adjacent listing was for Ann Winger.

1819 Henry G. Wenger died on August 9, 1819 and was buried at Early Cemetery, Pleasant Valley, Rockingham County, Virginia. Henry G. Wenger was born Aug. 15, 1753. [15] [16] [17]

1824 Anna Huber Wenger died on June 20 and was buried at Early Cemetery, Rockingham County, Virginia. Anna Huber Wenger was born in 1758. [18] [19] [20]

The old Early graveyard is located south of Harrisonburg, Va., on the Henry Wenger farm, near Pleasant Valley, Va. Both are buried at the Early Cemetery Lots 177 and 178. The grave marker reads Henry Wanger and Anny Winger. Old books and records give Henry Wenger's birthdate as 10-25-1753." Their children were Magdalena, Salome, Anna, and Susanna Wenger. [23]

Henry Huber was a Mennonite, farmer and lived at Pleasant Valley near Harrisonburg, Virginia.

1840 Daniel Whisler lived in Rockingham County, Virginia in a household with males: 1 (15 thru 19), 2 (20 thru 29), and 1 (50 thru 59); and females: 1 (15 thru 19) and 1 (20 thru 29). [25]

1848 Daniel Seegrist Whisler died in April at age 64 and was buried at Early Cemetery, Rockingham County, Virginia. [26] [27]

1849 Salome H. Wenger Whisler died on May 25 and was buried at Early Cemetery, Rockingham County, Virginia. Salome H. Wenger Whisler was born on September 25, 1783. [28] [29]
