John Ebersole and Elizabeth his wife, Christian Ebersole and Magdalena his wife, Martin Ebersole and Barbara his wife, and Daniel Ebersole sold their shares of the estate to son Jacob Ebersole, all of Donegal Twp, Lancaster County, Pennsylvania. The two tracts of land had been granted to Jacob, deceased, by the land patents of 1761 and 1770. At the time of his death, Jacob named 5 sons as heirs. [9]
