Christian Mellinger and Elizabeth, his wife, sold, to David Mellinger, John Mellinger, and Benjamin Musser, for 5 shillings, a tract that John Bernhart and wife Barbara had sold to Christian Mellinger in 1794. The goal was to save harmless and indemnified the said parties from debts due to Henry Brenneman, Christian Hershey, Jacob Carle, John Brenneman, Isaac Kauffman, Ann Stoner and John Stoner. [2]
