1783 Christian Rohrbaugh, son of Lorentz and Catharina Rohrbach, was born on September 4, 1783. He was baptized, with sponsors Christian and Christina Rohrbach, on October 2, 1783 at St. Jacob's (Stone) Lutheran and Reformed Church, Brodbecks, Codorus Twp, York County, Pennsylvania. [1] [2] His grave at Saint Jacobs (Stone Church) Cemetery, Glenville, York County, Pennsylvania is marked by a stone in his memory which gives his date of birth as February 4, 1783. [3] [4]

1788 Susanna Lau, child of Peter Lau and Barbara Lau, was born on April 27, 1788 and was baptised on June 14, 1788 at St Paul (Zieglers), Lutheran and Reformed church, North Codorus Twp, York County, Pennsylvania. Felix Glatfelder was the sponsor. [5]

1800 The name Christian Rohrbach appeared twice, once as a single man [the other could be an uncle, brother of father Lorentz], on the Pennsylvania septennial census for Codorus Twp, York County, Pennsylvania. [6] [7]

1805 Christian Rohrbach released Peter Krebs, his guardian, upon reaching age 21. Dated January 7, 1805. [8]

1809 Christian Rohrbaugh and Susanna Lau were married on April 16, at St Matthews Evangelical Lutheran Church in Hanover, York County, Pennsylvania.

1810 Christly Rohrbaugh (age 16-25) and family lived in Codorus Twp, York County, Pennsylvania. [9]

1810 Christian Rohrbaugh (age 45+) and family lived in Codorus Twp, York County, Pennsylvania. [10]

1830 Christian Rohrbach (age 40-50) lived in Codorus Twp, York County, Pennsylvania with family. [11]

1835 Christian Rohrbach, married to Susan Lau, was named as a son-in-law of Peter Lau in a petition to the York County Orphans Court for a division of the land of Peter Lau. Dated February 10. [12]

1850 Christian Rohrbach (age 69) and Susan (age 65) lived in South Codorus Twp, York County, Pennsylvania with children Susan (age 20) and Daniel (age 16). [13] [14]

1859 Administration of the estate of Christian Rohrbach was granted February 5, 1859 to Henry Shaffer, Peter Rohrbach, Jonas M. Bortner and Philip Greenblat, all of Codorus Twp. His estate included "Cammen Farm." [15]

1859 Christian Rohrbaugh (born 4 February 1783) died on February 12 and was buried at Saint Jacobs (Stone Church) Cemetery, Glenville, York County, Pennsylvania. [16]

1860 Susan Rohrbach (age 68, born in Pennsylvania) lived in Codorus Twp, York County, Pennsylvania, in a household with Henry Shaffer (age 30), Susan Shaffer (age 26), Franklin Shaffer (age 7), Ellen Shaffer (age 5), and Sarah Shaffer (age 2). [18]

1867 Susan Rohrbach, wife of Christian, died 11 Jan. Her grave is at Jacob's (Stone Church), Codorus Twp, Brodbecks, York County, Pennsylvania and is marked by a stone. [19]
