1702 Barbara Brubaker was born in 1702. [4]

Rudolph Herr reportedly married Barbara Brubaker. [5] [6] [7]

c 1736 Barbara Brubaker died in Lancaster County. [8]

by 1745 Rudolph Herr married, secondly, Anna. [9]

1751 Rudolph Herr [Roodey Hare] was taxed in Hempfield Twp, Lancaster County. [10]

1751 Abraham Hare was the tac colletor for Lancaster Twp and was taxed in Lancaster Twp, Lancaster County, Pennsylvania. Rudy Hare and Christ'n Hare were also taxed. [11]

1754 Rudy Hair [Rudolph Herr] was taxed for one lot in Lancaster Borough. [12]

1756 Rudy Hare patented 195 acres in Paxtang Twp, Lancaster County, Pennsylvania, on February 13. [13] The warrant had been returned on October 20, 1755 and was warranted as 250 acres by Joseph Hoff on March 16, 1733. [14]

1760 Rudolph Herr, perhaps this one (wife named Ann disagrees), received a patent for land, dated November 26, in Manor Twp by patent AA2-107. The land was next to land of David Herr, John Brubaker, Abraham Herr, Jacob Witmer, and Abraham Miller. [15]

1761 Rudolph Herr and wife Ann sold the land of the 1760 patent to (son-in-law) Christian Hershey, spouse of their daughter Barbara, with the intent that the land be passed to Barbara's offspring. Barbara since died with three daughters, Ann wife of John Kauffman, Esther wife of Abraham Kauffman, and Barbara wife of John Witmer. Christian Hershey chose to not honor the intent of the will but agreed to sell the tract to Barbara's heirs for 700 pounds in payment for improvements he had made to the land and witholding 15 acres for his use. Barbara's heirs agreed and paid 700 pounds to Christian Hershey and his wife Magdalen. Dated February 20. [16]

1771 Rudy Hear was taxed in Manor Twp for 130 acres. [17]

1772 Rudolph Herr (80 acres) and Rudolph Herr Jr (94 acres) were taxed in Manor Twp. [18]

1773 Rudolph Herr (80 acres) and Rudolph Herr Jr (m, 100 acres) were taxed in Manor Twp. [19]

1770 The will of Rudolph [Rudy] Herr was dated September 26 and was in probate on May 23, 1777 in Manor Twp, Lancaster County, Pennsylvania. The will named children Henry, John, David, Rudy, Barbara, Magdalena, Anna daughter of Abraham (deceased). Step-daughters were Magdalena, Anna, Esther, Mary, and Susanna. Christian Breniman as a son-in-law. Executors Jacob Meyer and Benjamin Hershey Jr. [20] [21]

1779 Rudolph Herr (0 acres) and Rudolph Herr Jr (miller, 2 m.s., 90 acres) were taxed in Manor Twp. [22]

1782 Rudolph Herr Jr (m, 130 acres) was taxed in Manor Twp. [23]

1784 Rudie Herr (perhaps Rudolph Jr) and many other Lancaster County residents signed a petition about enlarging the market in Philadelphia. [24]
