1785 Andrew Kauffman signed a petition to not extend the market of High Street, Lancaster County. [1]

1790 Andrew Kauffman lived in Manor Twp, Lancaster County, Pennsylvania, in a household with 3 males under age 16, 1 males age 16 and over, and 1 females. [2]

1791 On 23 July, Governor Thomas Mifflin of Pennsylvania named Andrew Caufman of Lancaster County to be justice of the peace for Manor and Conestoga townships. [3]

1792 On 18 April, Johannes Herr of Manor Twp, Lancaster County, Pennsylvania dated his will and named daughter Mary, wife of Andrew Kauffman, proved on 18 April, 1796. [4] [5]

Andrew Coffman reportedly married Mary Herr (1761-1838) daughter of John and Mary Myer Herr and granddaughter of Abraham and Anna Miller Herr. [6]
