Background:
This was the first class where we used PIC16F84 microcontroller. Leading up to the project, we worked on controlling separates of the elevator - stepper motor, speaker, basic and LED Input-output. I also learned great deal of hardware high-level language programming from this experience.
Project Overview:
Most of the 'overview' is written in the Early plan. The features:
Elevator met all the requirements and succeeded. One feature I wanted to add was having an LED for each floor, so wherever it reaches, it goes on. However, due to lack of memory and small number of pins, this had to be taken out.
I enjoyed this project the most.
