Bill's Training Log for 1998

This is the basic running that I did during the During the year of 1998. I don't start a year till the summer, because that is when I usually get through a whole cycle of running for the year (and also where I do the most consistent running). This display might not be exactly what I wanted , but oh well.

Wednesday off --- --- Went out for run, got about 100 yds and almost passed out because head hurt so much. Don't know if stress or what -- need to be careful.
Thursday 5 miles 39:55 8:00/8:15 Ran slow because worried about headaches. Felt Ok after 10 mins of running and throughout the rest of the run. Hurt now about 10-20 minutes after run. Still be careful.

Sunday 7+ miles 57:34 8:15/8:30 Supposed to be 10 miles but Rt knee felt really wierd. Almost like I bruised the knee cap. It would get all tight and painful when bending knee. Forced me to walk in last 3 miles to be safe. Wondering if cause because need new wor k boots, or because of lifting on legs?

Saturday 10 miles 1 hr 12 min 7:10/7:15 Crim 10 miler. Felt really good and relaxed. Ran with Beth till last two miles. Could have run a lot faster. Very humid day. Legs feel OK.
