The woman drove off without paying for $4.52 worth of gas. Possibly a cruel or unusual punishment, but one I guess I'd take over a week in jail. It certainly suggests a punishment for the Bushies, although it will take more than one sandwich board, and maybe twenty years instead of an afternoon:

ABOUT WEAPONS OF MASS DESTRUCTION
AND TIES TO AL QAEDA AND 9/11
AND BRINGING DEMOCRACY TO THE MIDDLE EAST
AND A BUNCH OF OTHER THINGS
YOU DON'T EVEN KNOW ABOUT YET
SO WE COULD STEAL BILLIONS OF DOLLARS
WORTH OF CRUDE OIL
THE COURT MADE US ADMIT IT
AND MADE US STAND OUT HERE WEARING THESE SIGNS
THOUSANDS HAVE DIED
AND BILLIONS OF DOLLARS WASTED
BUT WE'RE STILL NOT SORRY
