Taking the slime show on the road: ChoicePoint, the company that helped to disenfranchise thousands of Florida voters in 2000, has obtained Mexico's entire voter registration list and Colombia's citizen identification database. Mexicans are particularly furious, since their 2000 election was thought to be maybe the first fair election in the country's history. The country had worked long and hard to establish credibility in the election system; now they have to worry about manipulation by a sleazy American company--and a sleazy American government.
