I like beekeeping, I've been a beekeeper since grade school. I like to get out and work with the hives. The honey is always very good.  

Swarms are a force of nature, They happen in Spring.

Hive cutouts from homes or other structures is possible.  The process is more involved than a swarm, and depends on where the hive is in your house or building. With luck and proper care the hive can be removed live.  To do this correctly I do need help from a carpenter.  Fortunately I do have a friend who does homebuilding that is also a beekeeper.   Cost depends on the time requirements and difficulty involved.
