This page is under construction - pardon my dust!

I am a Technologist with the University of Michigan Information Technology Division. My primary role is Referral Coordinator, in which I am responsible for any incidents that 4-HELP con not resolve and refer for second-level support. In this role, I am also responsible for Consulting Tools, which include the systems and tools used by not only 4-HELP, but other areas in ITD and the University. When not coordinating, I do second-level communications, DOS/Windows and anti-virus consulting and respond to Online Consulting questions in my "spare" time. I spend spend 6 hours a week working in 4HELP, providing telephone computer support to faculty, students and staff here at the University of Michigan. Past efforts have also included work on WNSE and ITD's Windows 95 Implementation Planning Team

In my free time, you'll often find me MUDing. Currently, I hang out on Banished Lands, where you'll find me pulling the strings of Poker and Blackjack, as well as a couple lesser characters.

I also do small (and not-so-small) projects around the house, attempting to follow in the footsteps of my idols Steve Thomas and Norm Abram of PBS' This Old House. In fact, you can find me in front of the TV on Saturday mornings watching Hometime, This Old House and New Yankee Workshop.

As the weather warms, I often head for the links in an effort to frustrate myself and send my fellow duffers diving for cover. I refuse to call myself a golfer, as I don't want to disrespect those who actually have a clue what they're supposed to be doing on the course.
