   and their talons.
the folds in the fire overflow with tears. the folds in the water overflow
with tears. the folds in the earth overflow with tears. the folds in
   the air overflow with eggs.
the heart of fire. the heart of water. the heart of the earth. the heart

when a stone drops from its stem the woman with the apron of water
arrives and leans the bone-ladder against the egg of fire.
the flesh-hat of the woman greets the bone-cane of the man.
the landscape of air is full of men and women who tear out the leaves
sink the hats and hurl all the characters against the flying egg.
