How's that "Intro" coming?

Follow the directions for Exercise #1, but do not write a peroration. Your "intro"--your exordium (introduction or insinuation), narrative, and partition--will probably change a bit as you write your final paper, but this exercise will certainly get you started and may even be close to the final draft. So get writing!
