Alexander & Thurston Case project (January, 2009)

• Introduced a new supply chain and inventory holding model which reduced inventory investment by 29% and improved the service level by 3%
• Developed charts highlighting relation between service level, fill rate and inventory investment

Imagen Healthcare Case project (October, 2008 – December, 2008)

• Analyzed the data for a particular component of a fictional company Imagen Healthcare and forecasted its demand using VBA in Excel
• Suggested an optimum sequence for demanding emergency orders which reduced the overall shipping cost due to emergency orders by 66%
