Pulsar optical light curves


 

A group of astrophysicists is planning to measure the optical light curves of the Crab and Geminga pulsars using the 16" instructional telescope on the roof of Angell Hall and the 2.4 meter Hiltner telescope at the MDM Observatory at Kitt Peak, AZ. The collaboration consists of:

An innovative fast photometer is being constructed for these measurements. Data taking at Kitt Peak is scheduled for February 4 & 5, 1997.
