IMPLEMENTATIONS OF RESEARCH PRODUCTS

NLMEM: SAS/IML macro for hierarchical nonlinear models (1998). Allows to address PK/PD models specified as a solution of ordinary differential equations.

Examples of covariance structures proposed in Galecki A.T. (1994) were implemented in commercial software SAS PROC/MIXED.

SAS macro to compute kappa measure of agreement between categorical variables. STATLIB library of statistical programs (1994).

SAS macro to perform Hosmer-Lemeshow test of goodness of fit for the logistic regression. UICSTAT library of statistical programs (1992).
