| Once you are out of town, Pontiac Trail is a pretty nice road for riding. This simple out-and-back takes Pontiac Trail to the town of South Lyon. Once you get there, ride on a few side streets here and there to satisfy the explorer in you, turn around eventually and ride back to Ann Arbor. Getting back to central campus from the end of Pontiac Trail is easier than heading out of town: simply turn right, cross the still-under-construction Broadway Bridge (dodging trucks and cranes as you do) and turn left at Fifth St. |
