to make sure we don't already have the book or books you'd like to donate or offer for purchase. We probably don't, but it's best to check.

• If you are sending many books:
Please contact Annette Haines (field librarian) before sending them so she can estimate the amount of shelf space needed.

• Whenever possible:
Please include information about the origin, date of publication, or author of the book if it is not obvious. Many mini-comics, for example, are unsigned and unattributed. If you know who made it, please let us know. If you don't know, it's useful to at least know where and when you got the book.
