Synopsis:
As a vacationing actor, Richard Venables arrives at a village, in the preparation stages for a production of MacBeth.  The village squire, Hollis, is saved from making a catastrophe of the show, while the actor falls in love with the squire’s daughter, Mary.

This was the first movie for which Vivien received official billing.
