Synopsis:
The story centers on two men trading places, where a rich man is made poorer and returns to enjoy life’s simplicity, and a poor one rich.  Phil Stanley (Vivien Leigh) comes into the story, when the rich man’s life changes.

Vivien had her first starring role in this movie.
