reputation and filtering govern. approval of upload is provided by users. entrance to the system requires engagement: approve, flag, discard. options exist: tag, answer, comment. like it’s neighbor to the south, archive for future access.
the architecture follows. overlap, intersect, orientation. information and circulation. move along, move through, move between. a place with a texture. a moment. a connection.
