For last week's class, you identified material on the Internet that you believed should not be available to children under the age of twelve and material that you believed should not be available over the Internet to the general public.
Regardless of whether you believe that laws seeking to regulate the content of material on the Internet are a good idea or a bad one, please devise two laws that you feel you can defend against constitutional challenge. The first law should, if enacted,
make it less likely that children will see the material that you identified as inappropriate for children. The second law should make it less likely that adults will see the material that you identified as inappropriate for the general public. Be prepared to describe your laws in class and to defend them against your classmates' constitutional attacks.
