This year, the GEM tutorials take on a new structure in order to try to answer some of the feedback recieved in the past. The day will be broken into two sessions: an introduction session and a more advanced session. During the first session, 5 topics ranging from the solar wind to the ionosphere will be covered. In the second session, these topics will be revisited, but a more in-depth approach will be taken with a focus on "open questions" the science community has yet to answer. Hopefully, this method will bring all students up to speed on unfamiliar topics as well as placing GEM workshop presentations into a more relevant context. |
