Passed away Friday, May 26, 1995 at Mid-Michigan Regional Medical Center, Gladwin after a long illness. Age 82 years. Walter F. Eurich was born May 10 1913 in Saginaw, Mich. He had lived in Gladwin since 1969, previously living in Reese, Mich. He had been employed by Welders & Pipefitters, Local 85, Saginaw. He retired in 1971 after 40 years. He was a member of Local 85, Saginaw. Surviving are a son and daughter-in-law, Reinald and Susan Eurich, Bay City; a daughter and son-in-law, Delores and Bruce Landskroener, Reese; four grandchildren, Josh and Kelli Eurich, Bay City; Matthew and Michele Landskroener, Reese. Also a special friend Josephine Steele, Gladwin.
Cremation has taken place. Arrangements by the Hall Funeral Home, 440 E. Cedar Ave., Gladwin, MI."

Saginaw News, Aug 2 1963:"Mehl, Mrs Marie Sophie, 6795 Garfield Road, Freeland, Michigan -- Wife of Christian Mehl passed away Thursday afternoon at Saginaw General Hospital following a lengthy illness. Age 72 years. Marie Sophie Eurich was born Jan 20, 1891 in Russia, and came to the United States, directly to Saginaw, with her parents at the age of 16 years. She was married to Mr Mehl in Freeland April 8, 1912. The deceased was a member of St Matthew's Lutheran Church, Freeland. Besides her husband, she leaves four daughters and seven sons: Mrs. Marie Burk, Henry Mehl, both of Saginaw; Mrs Amelia McLean, at home, Mrs Sophie Gillig, Reese; Mrs Lydia Niznak, Fresno, Calif; Jacob, Christian E., Gottfried, Carl, and Donald Mehl , all of Freeland; John Mehl, Kansas City, Mo.; 30 grandchildren; five great-grandchildren. Funeral service will take place at 2 pm Sunday at St Matthew's Lutheran CHurch. Rev. Richard D. Yecke will officiate with burial in St Matthew's Cemetery. Friends may call at the Taylor Funeral Home, Freeland, after 7 pm Friday until 10 am Sunday, and at the church from 1 pm Sunday until time of service."

(Jack) Spindler, Jr., on August 16, 1939. He predeceased her December 31, 1981. Mrs. Spindler had made her home in Florida since 1993. Surviving are her son and daughter-in-law, John M. and Sharon Spindler, and two granddaughters, Theresa and Briana Spindler, all of Florida. Funeral service will take place 11:00 a.m. Monday at the W.L. Case & Co. Funeral Chapel, 4480 Mackinaw Road. Burial will be in Forest Lawn Cemetery. Friends may call at the chapel, 4480 Mackinaw Rd., from 2:00 to 5:00 p.m. and 7:00 to 9:00 p.m. on Sunday.
