Dear Ms. Bonney,
     As the voluntary church historian I was asked to assist you in your
Eirich research. The sources I turned to were the official St. Stephan's
Lutheran Church and Trinity Lutheran Church records.
     In 1903 St. Stephan's congregation was organized with twenty-four char-
ter members, all Volga German lutherans. The congregation disbanded in
1912 and members joined other lutheran churches in Sheboygan: St. Andrew,
Ebenezer. St. Paul or Trinity. Today the St. Stephan records are at
Trinity church. Ebenezer congregation also disbanded and I understand,
those records are now in safekeeping at Luther Memorial Church.
     Trinity Lutheran Church was established in 1853. I searched Trinity's
records from 1903 to 1917 as well as the records of Lutheran Cemetery
which is owned by Trinity Church.
