of Wayne County Ohio
do make and publish this my
last will and testament.
Item 1~My will is that after
my decease all my just
debts and funeral expences
be paid off of my estate.
Item 2~I will and bequeath
to my Daughter
Sarah A. Hofphines all my
real estate moneys
goods and chattels that may
be uncunsumed and
unexpended at the time of
my decease after paying
as stated in the first item.
In
testimoney hereof I have set hereunto
my hand and seal this 23 day
of April AD 1865
