There is also a regular list, where you receive messages one at a time. If you wish that version, unsubscribe from the digest, and subscribe to the regular list (see below). Please do not send your emails to Nyla any longer; if you do, she will send them to the list. Please post your messages to: btrvetc-l@genealogy.org (that's a lowercase ell, not a number one.) ------=_NextPart_000_0006_01BD4769.C9E66660-- ------------------------------ Date: Sat, 7 Mar 1998 10:07:06 EST From: BekahAnn To: BTRVETC-L@genealogy.org Subject: Henry TURNER A cousin in WV, Tom Hannen, recently did a recent check of Hancock Co., WV Census for 1900 revealing our Wilbur H. Turner listed under the name of HENRY TURNER, living in New Cumberland WV. He is listed with his children : Nellie (looks like Mellie), Stella, Della, Mamie and Oliver. He is listed as a widower. His birth is listed as Dec 1864 in West Virginia, with his parents born in West Virginia, as well. We know that Nellie (birth record lists her as Nella Mae), Stella and Della were born in Kanawha County in June 1892 and May 1895 respectively (Stella and Della were twins). Mamie was born in July 1897 and Oliver in Nov 1898. According to Nellie's death certificate her mother was Mae STONE. We have now narrowed her death to between November 1898 and December 31, 1899. Does anyone have a Henry Turner in your records that might match this info? Thanks so much for your time. We really appreciate your help.
