Brief Bio:   Ph.D. in Organizational Behavior and Management earned at The University of Michigan, Center for the Study of Higher and Postsecondary Education, in April, 2005.  I hold the rank of Associate Professor in the Master of Organizational Leadership program at Lourdes College, where I teach research methods, quantitative and financial analysis courses.  (Click the link above to see my complete curriculum vita.)  Formed in 1989, Stephen Ball Associates, Inc. was merged into NeoLogix, LLC in 1998, providing marketing research and management consulting services to clients in a variety of industries.
